Erasmus+ Festival

On the second day of our three-week internship mobility in Romania, our host institution, Colegiul Tehnic “Gheorghe Cartianu,” invited us to participate in the Erasmus+ Festival, which was organized at Colegiul National “Calistrat Hogaş.” After our internship, we attended the Erasmus+ Festival. The purpose of this festival was for educational institutions in the region to both introduce their schools to students and showcase the projects they were organizing. At the festival, we also presented the projects we were collaborating on with Colegiul Tehnic “Gheorghe Cartianu.” Moreover, having all the educational institutions in the area present was very beneficial for us. We had the opportunity to speak with many people our age.

At the beginning of the festival, we had some reservations and concerns, but thanks to the encouragement from our project coordinator, we were able to overcome our initial worries and found the courage to talk to others. While we started with short conversations, by the middle of the festival, we began to enjoy speaking and wanted to engage with more people. Despite our initial nervousness and hesitation, we ended up talking to many people and making new friends.

We explored and visited every stand at the festival and spoke with the students and teachers there. In fact, we even discussed amongst ourselves whether we could integrate the parts that interested us into our projects. We noted down the aspects that caught our attention and later discussed them with our project coordinator. This festival was a fantastic experience for us on the second day of our internship mobility. By the second day of our three-week journey, we had already overcome our fears, hesitations, and concerns. We were eagerly looking forward to seeing what awaited us in the following days and what we would accomplish.Thank you for reading. Best regards
